When will I reveal?
I have been writing in secret for months.
And I can’t decide when I want to share this website with you.
A small part of me wants to write for YEARS and YEARS… give you this blog on a major milestone anniversary… and the look on your face when you see I have been writing you “letters” for years.
Oh… waiting that long indeed feels magical.
But, no–I can’t wait that long.
I mean…. what if one of us dies before then? Yeah, morbid thought, but it has crossed my mind. 😬
It would break my heart to build such a site, and never have you see it.
Maybe if I waited, it would be like some type of Universal “life insurance”…
as in the Universe won’t let either one of us go before this site is revealed to you.
But life is short and unpredictable, so I can’t wait years and years.
Honestly, even waiting til the one year wedding anniversary feels too long.
I have a feeling you are going to be reading these words long before that first milestone date.
I really just can’t wait.
I can’t wait for you to see my love to you from a different angle–writing.
….secretly planning, creating ideas, looking for new ways to say “I love you”.
And, when I am going to tell you is one thing…
but HOW I am going to tell you is another?
Obviously during a quite time, with you on YOUR laptop.
But the moment where I tell you to visit this domain is the part that is still a mystery. ❤️
And I image you will be in shock, in the best way.
You will go back to that night where you saw the domain celamoria.com was taken, and then realize it was me all along.
And then you will go through the first few post, shaking your head in happy disbelief…reading the post titles, reading the excerpts and the accompanying photos, and being amazed that there actually is quite a bit to see.
I honestly can’t wait for that moment.
But a part of me wonders what happens afterwards.
After you see the website.
After you soak it all in.
After you’ve read each post several times and then you start to bookmark your favorites.
What happens when it is no longer a secret?
How will my writing change, once you know?
Will you constantly wonder every time that I am alone will I be writing?
Will you think I have forgot the site if a month goes by without a new post, simply because life got a little busy.
And how will I tell you new posts are added?
Do I let you just discover them all on your own?
Do I set up automations to tell you?
Half the fun of this site is the anticipation of giving it to you. I honestly want the reveal to be perfect, just because giving you this site is so significant and meaningful to me for you to have it.
And maybe I am overthinking it.
Actually, the feelings that I get when I write, stir up so much happiness inside me and I really don’t want that to end.
But, just like the concern I had about our magical long distance days coming to an end, the next chapter that came–yes, did shift things–but honestly it all turned out so much better than I could have predicted.
I think of our favorite “Dear Soulmate” song…
Dear Soulmate, one day, I’ll give this song, to you….
And that line resonates with me, because that is how I feel when I write these letters.
Building something that is so magical and I can’t wait to share it with there person who deserves it the most. ❤️
