Dear Rashonda,
Attempting to express the true depth of love and appreciation I have for you
is about as challenging as describing the most spectacular sunset imaginable
to someone who’s been blind from birth.
That being said,
I never have a loss of words for how I feel about my favorite person in the whole world,
because you are THE ONE that showed me
what TRUE LOVE truly is.
What it really looks and feels like and that in reality,
it has no end, on an ever-expanding, ever-deepening feeling of oneness,
and a kind of harmony that feels like two partners effortlessly dancing together,

It’s a if we have taken what others may view as a dream-like union
and made it our everyday,
always full of joy and playfulness, being silly, passionate and tender with each other,

The truth is, you have always been my Soulmate;
we just were on a very slow, converging path that had its destiny set on reuniting two celestial beings whose hearts were finally ready to merge.
In so many ways, I feel like I’ve known you forever;
like we have literally just picked up where we have left off in a bygone era.
